While we have on-the-job training available for the hot side, we prefer a candidate with hot side experience. This will allow us to get you up to speed and producing as quickly as possible.

With competitive pay starting at $40.00 per hour and going as high as $55.00 per hour (depending on experience), we take care of our team.

Enjoy a variety of work opportunities in restaurants, hotels, commercial and government offices, and more. As a Commercial Refrigeration Technician, you'll work on small and large refrigeration units, ice machines, and all hot-side restaurant equipment.

What You'll Do:

As a Refrigeration Technician, you'll repair and maintain equipment as needed. You'll work on various refrigeration and hot side equipment, including coolers, refrigerators, fryers, and grills. As required, you'll conduct regular maintenance to ensure all equipment is functioning optimally and address emergency repair needs promptly to minimize downtime for our clients.

You'll also:

• Utilize your expertise to identify problems with refrigeration equipment quickly.
• Use diagnostic tools and techniques to pinpoint issues accurately.
• Implement efficient solutions to repair equipment and ensure long-term reliability.
• Weld and braze as needed for repairs.
• Follow industry standards and safety regulations in all repair and maintenance tasks.
• Test equipment after repairs to ensure it meets performance and safety standards.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Communicate effectively with restaurant owners and staff to understand their needs.
• Offer professional advice on equipment maintenance and best practices.
• Build strong relationships with clients through reliable and friendly service.
• Work alongside a team of experienced technicians who value teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

*** We are only hiring an experienced HVAC/R technician. If you are not experienced, please do not apply. ***

• At least three years of experience repairing and maintaining HVAC/R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration) and hot side equipment.
• Proficient in diagnosing and fixing issues with refrigeration systems and hot side equipment.
• Familiarity with industry-standard diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid drivers license as well be providing a company vehicle that you drive to the jobs.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients and team members.
• Demonstrate reliability and dependability in meeting deadlines and completing tasks.
• Ability to work independently on tasks and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues in achieving common goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with the latest advancements in refrigeration and hot side equipment technology.
